The 355kW diesel engine electric dynamometer test bench system uses a high-power AC electric dynamometer as the core testing unit and is equipped with an imported four-quadrant active variable frequency inverter system as the control core, supporting four-quadrant operation mode. The electrical energy generated during the test can be directly fed back to the grid, achieving efficient energy recovery. It adopts the upgraded XLE-3000 measurement and control system, which has stronger computing and processing capabilities and can automatically complete various test cycles as required by national regulations and customer-defined specifications. It is compatible with various external auxiliary equipment such as transient fuel consumption meters, constant temperature devices, and emission testing equipment. Through a high-precision data acquisition system, it comprehensively collects engine operating parameters, realizes real-time recording, intelligent processing, and visual display, and automatically generates standardized test reports.
